  1. Clipboard Expander 3.0    (clipexp.zip)
  2. This program is a Windows 3.1 Clipboard expander.  It has also been
  3. sucessfully tested with Windows 95. The Clipboard Expander gives the
  4. user access to the last 12 unique text items saved to the Clipboard.
  5. Clips in the Expander can be moved back to the Clipboard by 
  6. double clicking on that clip or by pressing the numbered button
  7. next to it. Selecting a clip moves it to the first position of 
  8. the expander.  Clips can also be edited and  portions of clips 
  9. can be cut or copied to the Clipboard using the standard ^X, 
  10. ^C and ^V commands.

  12. This program is freeware.  It may be registered with a postcard
  13. and donations are gratefully accepted.

  15. This program self-installs.

  17. This program may be freely distributed provided no charge is made
  18. for that distribution except to recover the costs of materials 
  19. and postage.  Both the executable and the help file must be 
  20. transmitted together.

  22. Version 3.0 tightens the code so that the Expander uses fewer
  23. system resources and removes the clip delete feature.
